Dr. Chera L. Sayers has worked as a consultant in the field of forensic economics since 1995 and has qualified as an expert in economic matters in various jurisdictions, providing litigation support to businesses and attorneys by representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Dr. Sayers has extensive experience in providing consulting services to clients involved in litigation related to business interruptions, commercial damages, intellectual property, employment disputes, insurance related matters, securities related matters, medical malpractice, product liability, and various other injury related matters. Other areas of expertise are damage valuation, review matters, and rebuttal opinion formulation and she has served as a testifying damages expert many times in court (including Daubert qualification), in addition to extensive deposition experience (including videotaped depositions).

Dr. Sayers earned her B.A. in Economics, with high honors, from Michigan State University. She holds both a M.S and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-

Chera is also a former professor of managerial economic theory and quantitative methods to M.B.A. students in the Kogod School of Business at American University. She has experience in a variety of industries, including physicians and other health care professionals, high-end retail clothing, cosmetics, government employees, computer components, food services, U.S. Secret Service, airlines, internet and IT services, musicians, farming, convenience stores, power tools, and the determination of appropriate attorney award rates.

She currently resides in Northeast Florida, but previously lived and worked in the Washington, D.C. metro area for over 20 years. Dr. Sayers serves clients across the country.
